Self-healing Facilitation

These facilitation sessions blend together key tools for transformation to help you connect with your inner wisdom and heal yourself. Based on the  teachings of experts in the field of healing, including Dr Joe Dispenza and the self-healing principles contained within embodiment modalities and Zhineng Qigong Science, these sessions aim to create deep shifts in mind and body.

Sessions guide you through three transformative stages of the healing process: relaxation, reflection and rehearsal — empowering you to transform your thoughts, emotions and responses to life.

How the Process Works

Each session begins with a conversation about your concerns and intentions. This helps clarify what matters most.

Brief grounding exercise may be used before deeper work begins.

After this, the session flows through the three key stages: relaxation, reflection and rehearsal.

How the Process Works

Sessions begin with a conversation about your area of concern, your intentions, thoughts and story. This opening phase helps clarify what matters most to you and gives our session direction.

A presencing exercise may be used to help bring you fully back into yourself—grounding your awareness in the here and now before the deeper work begins.

After this, the session flows through the three key stages: relaxation, reflection and rehearsal.

How the Process Works

Relaxation

In this initial phase, you are gently guided into a deep state of relaxation that goes beyond ordinary rest. Moreover, this calm, receptive state quiets the busy mind and softens tension in the body which also allows you access to a realm beyond everyday conscious awareness. Here, you become more open to insight and inner guidance, setting the foundation for meaningful change.

With a relaxed mind and body, you then move into a stage of mindful observation. This is where you bring compassionate awareness to your daily life—examining patterns, habits, thoughts and emotions that influence your wellbeing. Through reflection, you learn to recognize unhelpful narratives or automatic reactions & begin to understand yourself more clearly, creating space for conscious choice.

In addition, the final stage is about actively shaping new mental & emotional habits. Tools such as visualization, affirmations & cognitive reframing, you rehearse healthier, more empowering ways of responding to yourself and the world around you. This rehearsal helps embed these new patterns into your subconscious, supporting lasting transformation & resilience.
