Using hypno-meditative techniques and based on the self-healing principles of Qi-gong (meaning “energy work” or “energy cultivation” in Chinese) I will guide you through an empowering self-healing journey where you learn to activate the healer within.  According to many quantum physicists and spiritual teachers, the universe (and your body) is composed of energy and information.  In these sessions, we will use the mind to tap into this universal energy (Qi) and provide the correct information, through visualization and affirmation to assist you in your healing process.  It is well known that our mind effects our body and that by introducing clear thoughts and images of our body healed (or our mind/life) combined with positive emotion, we can play an influential part in our own healing. As many healers say…. “where mind goes energy follows”.

Key components of the self-healing session will include:

  • – Mindfulness. Learning to bring your attention into your body and to listen to your body.
  • – Self-hypnosis/auto-suggestion. Providing yourself with the healing information that your body is needing through imagery, affirmation and mental rehearsal.
  • – Qigong – be guided through a few gentle meditative seated practices that help the energy to flow in your body.
