Take a deep breath in …. and let your body relax as you breathe out ….
Take a deep breath in … and again, just relax and let all troubles fade away…
Take another deep breath in … and as you breathe out, just relax and focus your mind on these words…
Concentrate on the shoulders… the arms… and the hands… and as you concentrate, just relax.
You may find that as you focus on relaxing the body, that the muscles in the body respond…
You may find that just by focusing your attention on your arms …. on your legs … on the joints in the legs … that those parts begin to relax…
And as the muscles in the body respond, you may find that a feeling of relaxation comes into every part of you…
As if every cell in your body was relaxing without you even being aware of it …
Because all you need to be aware of … are the words… and the sound in your mind as you say them to yourself…
Focusing on the sound of these words in your mind …. and on the feelings of these words… a deepening sensation may begin to arise the more you pay attention to these words …. words that relax and renew and calm the body …
Now, saying them to yourself: “relax … let go …

You don’t even need to remember these words …. because your subconscious remembers everything … just as your conscious mind forgets the dreams of the night before … the subconscious stores everything …. and so effortlessly brings to mind exactly what you need at the exact time that you need it … so powerful is the Mind behind the mind … that you only need think a positive thought with a positive feeling a few times a day … and just watch how the body and brain respond so effortlessly and easily to its call as you continue with your day, but now lets forget about this as we focus again on the body…
focusing on the feeling of the muscles and especially the muscles in the face … and muscles in the eyelids … the muscles that open and then close … and that close and then open … relaxing every part of these muscles as though you were falling asleep after a long, heavy day …. remembering the feeling in the eyes … the sleepiness in the eyes … paying close attention to that exact time when your eyes close and the dream begins … noticing and remembering the feeling in your eyes and the feeling in the body when you drift away… maybe there is a heaviness or maybe there is a lightness or maybe there is a feeling of heaviness and lightness at the same time … no matter what the feeling is, just focus and listen to the sounds of these words and the feeling in your body … your whole body may start to relax that much deeper…
As you go that much deeper … you can give yourself the permission to dream … to dream of all those things that you want … that you need …. and as you do this… you may begin to realize that all things are possible… that every great invention, creation and discovery started as a thought in the mind that was focused on …If you just take this moment to dream and focus on these words, you may find that new channels of possibility begin to open within you …
As if they had always been there, just waiting to be unlocked ….
And as you begin to unlock your mind …
your body and brain may begin to respond … by creating new neural pathways …. opening up the potential possibilities for your life… possibilities that you haven’t even thought of yet … but that are now beginning to find you in every moment of every day … from that rich resevoir of the subconscious mind …. all things begin to unfold … revealing themselves to you as you just let it happen and observe …
and as you just let it happen and observe, and realize that there is a greater part of your mind … a part of your mind that is beyond any thoughts that you have ever had … a part of your mind that connects, orchestrates, controls, receives and manifests all within…. you can acknowledge that all power and potential are within you … and as you do so, any limitations can just fade away, because an all powerful mind knows only of limitlessness…. and when this recognition comes into your mind, you are free … you are free to work with this part of your mind… the Mind behind the mind … and the more you think of the things that make you happy and the more that you feel the feelings that make you happy, the more the subconscious is bringing these experiences to you …
Now, take a deep breath in …. and exhale ….
And take another deep rejuvenating breath in … and exhale…
And one more deep rejuvenating breath in …. and just letting it all out…
Taking with you all that which was inspiring, enlightening and motivating…. knowing that each time you speak to yourself in this way, the Mind behind the mind will listen even more intently…
